I'm a Level 3 Personal Trainer and Fitness Instructor and have undergone my Mat & Reformer Pilates training too. I have been busy teaching across various studios and member clubs around London the past years and have successfully added my exercise for Pre & Post-Natal qualification along this journey.

I am teaching adapted small group workout classes for all Mums-to-be at Studio345 in Fulham. The classes focus on low-impact movements, paired with resistance exercises & Pilates inspired work on the mat. Every class allows enough time for relaxation, correct breathing and stretches for tight areas in your body due to the demands of your pregnancy.

I totally understand that every woman and every pregnancy is unique and so every exercise will be modified to suit your level of fitness, your stage of pregnancy & your over all well-being.
Our classes have a maximum of 6 ladies.

I also offer Pre & Post-Natal Personal Training sessions. Each session will be designed to fit you & your goals and to make sure you leave feeling great!
