MUM & BABY CLASSES
Maternity leave is for many mums not as easy as it may seem. Lots of changes are happening in your life & also your body, which may leave you feeling overwhelmed and not your usual self. And thinking about starting to exercise may feel daunting.
It doesn't matter if you have been a consistend gym goer before your pregnancy or not, there are many evidences out there now on how beneficial & important working out after giving birth is, not just for the physical benefits, but also mentally.
Our MUM & BABY group classes are a great way to workout & meet other new mums who feel just as you do & understand your struggle.
There's no need for childcare, your little one is more than welcome in the studio whilst we focus on getting mummy fit & strong!
Our classes focus on building up your core strength & overall fitness in a safe and healthy way.
We focus on low-impact movements, resistance based exercises and Pilates inspired work on the mat, to target areas that naturally weaken during pregnancy. Your commitment will pay off and you'll feel the changes happening in your body & mind as we move through the course.
If you had your 6 week checkup with your health specialist & want to start working out with a certified instructor & a group of amazing mums join our next LEVEL 1 course.
Each course module is 4 weeks long and we meet twice a week.
The next LEVEL 1 starts on MONDAY 9th SEPTEMBER.
Classes are on every MONDAY & WEDNESDAY 10:30
Price for the 4 weeks course is £200
UNTIL WE HAVE OUR NEXT COURSE STARTING WE ARE OFFERING DROP IN CLASSES AT THE SAME TIMES.
CLASS PACKAGES OR SINGLE CLASSES ARE AVAILABLE.
