Our Pregnancy Pilates class is specially designed to help prepare your body for the arrival of your little one and beyond, helping with balance, pelvic floor, toning and strength.
The class helps you maintain your fitness throughout pregnancy in a safe and welcoming environment and to improve your wellbeing and energy.
The class is suitable from 14 weeks of pregnancy and is open to all levels from complete beginners to those who have practiced Pilates before - moves are tailored to suit your experience. Please take advice from your midwife.

Busylizzy offer a variety of brilliant baby classes and fab prenatal and postnatal fitness classes for mums where your baby can attend too, plus specialist talks on baby related subjects such as weaning and sleep tips.
Our classes run for 51 weeks of the year and as members you can choose whichever combination of classes you want each week.
