Sometimes we just all need this little bit of extra attention...
Our pre/post natal PT classes are offering a tailored workout exclusively to your needs. Every pregnancy and birth experience is different and just jumping into group classes might not be the ideal case for everybody. Your body goes/went through an amazing journey and a lot of changes are happening, with a bespoke training programme we make sure to keep up your fitness and focus on low-impact movements, resistance based exercises and Pilates inspired work on the mat, to target areas that naturally weaken during pregnancy.
Enough time for relaxation is guaranteed, to connect with your breath and to focus your mind. You will leave feeling stronger & calmer.
Every exercise will be modified to suit your level of fitness, stage of pregnancy and overall well-being.
If you just had your baby, we need to ensure you have seen your health specialist for your 6 week checkup (given you had a natural birth) before we can start training you.
Also, no need for childcare ladies, your baby is more than welcome in the studio whilst we focus on getting mummy fit & strong!
We also offer couple PT sessions for you and your partner and of course your little one can come along too.
We highly recommend starting off with PT sessions before joing our MUMS & BABIES group classes.
