Are you worried about keeping up your fitness routine since becoming pregnant?
Our small group Pre-Natal classes are specifically designed to guide you through an adapted workout programme, that allows you to exercise with confidence all the way through your pregnancy.
It’s a low impact workout that gets you moving between resistance based exercises and Pilates inspired strengthening movements on the mat.
This class is for any Mum-to-be, every exercise can be modified to suit your level of fitness, stage of pregnancy and overall well-being.
We also ensure enough time for relaxation and correct breathing and focus on stretches for tight areas in your body due to the demands of your pregnancy.
We have a maximum of 6 ladies in each class.
