Welcome to Hub Pregnancy & Post-natal specific osteopath-led fitness classes
The Hub Pregnancy/Post-natal fitness classes have been designed to help women keep fit, healthy and strong during pregnancy, in preparation for childbirth and motherhood and in the post-natal natal period.
They are a combination of mobility, cardiovascular, strength and core work, aiming at keeping your body strong and injury-free during pregnancy and in preparation for lifting/carrying/feeding your baby, as well as in preparation for the post-partum recovery.
The classes are kept small, only 6 people maximum, so that we can keep an eye on everyone in the class and give them the attention they need or adapt the exercises when needed. We are qualified osteopaths so we will make sure that every exercise you do is safe and beneficial to you.
The classes are fun and friendly and all the ladies who've attended so far got on really well!
The classes are suitable at any stage of pregnancy and in the post-partum period after your Women's health specialist check up, and it doesn't matter what your fitness levels are before you join the class, we can adapt the exercises to every ability.
We offer onsite childcare for babies up to pre-walkers so mum gets a full hour to just look after herself!
